On a subscription plan, you’re renting the design — Sphere AI retains ownership of the design files and code. Your content and brand are always yours. If you’d rather own everything outright, ask about a one-time build with a transfer of files.
Every plan has a one-time setup fee (shown live in the plan builder). Your domain name is purchased separately, and any premium third-party tools — payment processors, booking systems, specialty integrations — are billed at cost. We’re upfront about all of it before you commit.
Correct. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel a subscription, the site is taken offline since the design remains ours — but we’ll always give you a heads-up and a chance to switch to an ownership plan.
